Clumping, fan-leafed palm. Rough trunks are 8 - 9 inches thick and leaves a light, bright green. Overall height to 20 feet with entire clump to 20 foot spread.

Requirements Grows well in alkaline to neutral soils that sometimes flood. Growth rate slow. Some salt tolerance. Can tolerate short cold snaps into high 20s.
