Description:
Solitary, fan-leafed palm native to Florida Keys. Trunk 3 to 4 inches thick and leaves dark green on top, whitish underneath. Height to 20 ft. by 6 to 8 ft. spread.
Requirements:
Best in very well-drained alkaline soils. Growth rate very slow. Can tolerate cold snaps into high 20s well. Excellent salt tolerance.
