Description:
Solitary, feather-leafed, crownshaft palm. Somewhat tapering trunk can be 12 inches thick. Leaves are grayish green. Height to 25 feet with a 6-9 foot spread.
Requirements:
Prefers alkaline to neutral well drained soils. Growth rate is slow. Can handle brief cold dips to the high 20s. Has excellent salt tolerance.
