Clumping, feather-leafed, crownshaft palm. Trunks to 2 inches thick, crownshaft ivory in color, newly emerging leaves pinkish. Overall ht. to 20 ft. with a 15 ft. spr.
Requirements:
Grows best in acidic soils but tolerates somewhat alkaline soils. Growth rate medium. Tolerates short cold snaps to freezing. Has no salt tolerance.
